I had never heard of Josh Garrels until a couple of weeks ago when I stumbled upon this song.

Garrels is an amazing talent and "Farther Along" spoke to my heart. Actually, the entire album is amazing. ("Beyond the Blue" is another new fave.) Search the interwebs and enjoy.

I know many of you are feeling a bit battle weary and disgusted at this point, so I thought I'd share something uplifting. Take your cellphones to bed with you tonight, plug in your earbuds, and let the music carry you far away from the polls and headlines.
